Mr. Ramnarayan S Dubey

Our founder Mr. Ramnarayan S Dubey believes in the philosophy of 'Work is Worship', he was born in 1980 in a small remote town of India named Dandeli in Karnataka and he graduated from the same place. Being from a lower middle-class Hindu Brahmin family and being deprived was part of his life which even further strengthen his dream for a big change for the empowerment of the common individual. Dreams cannot be realized without well-directed hard work, he knew this and he followed. In his insightful journey, he worked for manufacturing and supply chain startup companies where he successfully set up many Supply Chain processes. At the very start of his career, he started as a purchase officer in a manufacturing company and achieved the position of Country Head in the Supply Chain with his hard work and innovative solutions. He strongly believes in his strengths and hard work. He also believes in God and God's Supreme Power. He believes that only with the grace of God he was able to achieve his goals. Now he wants to enable the common people to grow. Like him there are many and many people who are having ability but don't have the means to reach or grab the opportunity. One of his main areas of focus is the growth of all of his associates who he believes must also grow with the opportunity.
